Designed and Patented by us, the Excellent Steel groups are composed of modular supports in nitrided steel, that combined with the trapezoidal screw, by means of a bronze flange nut and axial/radial bearings form the complete Manoeuvring Group ready for fitting to adequately designed machinery. They differ from the Compact series by their completeness even down to the accessorised dust felts to protect the screw and nut thread profiles. The Compact models do not offer protection for the thread profiles. The Excellent Steel supports are of larger dimensions but offer excellent structural strength. This series is suggested for use in applications in environments where there is dust (debris) or other external agents depositing on the threads that would cause early wear of the screw or nut. In cases where the debris is very abrasive the supports can also be fitted with manifolds to take rubber protection covers.

The Excellent Steel series includes models that allow for axial play adjustment horizontally and others for vertical movements in safety.
